Some of the most common issues that are presented to a coach are that of Anxiety, Depression and stress related difficulties. Although these conditions are common, to the sufferer they are uncomfortable and often debilitating and can interrupt the flow of life causing all kinds of overwhelming emotional and physical feelings. There are many ways in which receiving coaching can benefit the sufferer, with the use of the following : Motivational Counselling, Goal setting, CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Basic Psychoanalysis, NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming, Self Hypnosis and Relaxation all of which i have been trained to use when working with clients. These approaches have all been incorporated into The Stress Management Programme and used within 1-1 Coaching.
